- Offer Discussion: Once you've identified a candidate, we'll discuss offer details and the next steps.
- Invoicing: We’ll invoice you once the candidate starts at your company.
Transparent Fee Structure
There is no fee until a Spruce Recruit candidate is hired and has started at your company! Our contracts typically reflect a one-time fee between 20%-25% of the new hire's annual salary.
